This experience offers an immersive journey into the heart of Georgian culture, blending hands-on culinary traditions with authentic winemaking practices at Kardanakhi Estate. Unlike typical wine tours, guests are welcomed into the estate's historic wine cellar to explore ancient qvevri winemaking methods—a UNESCO-recognized tradition. Participants engage in traditional bread baking in a tone oven, crafting fresh bread served alongside estate-made cheese and house-made pesto, paired with our natural wines.
The highlight is a Georgian Cuisine Masterclass, where guests learn to prepare iconic Kakhetian dishes like Mtsvadi and Bozbashi, followed by a traditional Supra—a communal feast with curated wine pairings and stories about Georgian hospitality. This is more than a tour—it’s an authentic cultural immersion into the flavors, history, and spirit of Georgia.
