The route starts in Abraão with the destination to Praia de Dois Rios, following more technical trails to the Caxadaço, passing through Santo Antônio and finishing in Lopes Mendes. A stretch with long distances, intense slopes, technical descents and isolated parts, requiring excellent physical preparation and hiking experience. Physical Requirement: High level of endurance, strength and previous experience on long trails. Suitable for advanced practitioners.
