Special Peru 9 days: Cuzco, Machu Picchu, Puno, Lake Titicaca from Lima

Upon arrival at the Lima airport, a representative will meet you and transfer you to your hotel in our private transportation. After check-in, our guide will brief you and provide general information about the city. The rest of the day is all yours at your leisure.

Have a delicious breakfast at the hotel. On this fantastic guided tour in Lima you will explore the beautiful and fascinating City of Kings. You will visit iconic places that are rich in history. There will be many picturesque churches and exquisite colonial architecture. Start your journey by traveling thousands of years into the past. Your first stop will be the ancient ceremonial center called “Huaca Pucllana”, which was built centuries before the arrival of the Spanish. Next, drive to the city center so you can stroll through the main square, Plaza de Armas de Lima. Here you will find imposing architecture that was built a long time ago. In addition, in the main square is the grandiose Cathedral of Lima. Later you can tour the convent of Santo Domingo and its extensive monastery. After the tour, you will be transferred back to the hotel.

After breakfast at your hotel in Lima our transport will be ready to transfer you to the airport. Upon arrival at the Cusco airport, a representative will greet you and transfer you to your hotel in our private transportation. After check-in, our guide will brief you and check details about the next day's activities and answer any questions you may have. Then you will have the afternoon free

7:45 am: After breakfast at your hotel in Cusco, we will pick you up to visit part of the beautiful Sacred Valley of the Incas, its beautiful views, its people, the artisan markets and the incredible archaeological centers. that make this tour an unforgettable place.

8:30 am: After driving 1 hour from Cusco we meet the traditional town of chinchero, we will visit a local family, here they keep the weaving traditions alive. Their alpacas and llamas will welcome you and you can take a picture with them, you can even give them breakfast. In addition, you will learn about their fascinating weaving techniques using natural ingredients to create stunning fabrics by hand.

9:30 am: Imagine the impressive Inca terraces and the beautiful Andes in the background. This sight is simply impressive, the history behind it even more. Your guide will show you the agricultural laboratory of the Incas and how they created different climatic zones on these terraces. We will enjoy this place for approximately 1 hour.

16:10 PM You will arrive in Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu town) at the exit door of the train station we will be waiting to take you to your hotel where you will spend the night. Settle into your hotel, After check - in, you have the afternoon free at your own expense.

07:00 After having our breakfast at the hotel we will transfer with our guide to the bus station. This bus will take us to the main door of the Historic Sanctuary of Machupicchu where we will begin our unforgettable experience. Your expert guide will accompany you through the main streets of these incredible ruins. Stroll through the city squares and climb the delicately carved stone stairs. Esoteric wisdom supports Machu Picchu as the new spiritual center of the world. There will be time to be alone and fully embrace this magnificent wonder of the world, letting this once-in-a-lifetime experience take hold. Once the guide is completed we will have additional time to explore on our own. After finishing the visit, we will take the bus back to Aguas Calientes where you will have time for lunch (not included).

Upon arrival at the train station in Ollantaytambo, our transport will be waiting to take you back to your hotel in Cuzco. Estimated arrival time 6.30pm

Around 7:30 p.m., have an unusual dinner in the heart of the city. With typical dances and music from the area.

After breakfast, we will take you to the bus station for the guided bus tour on the way to Puno from Cusco, with drinks included on board and a guide who speaks English and Spanish.

On the way to Puno, you will visit a beautiful church called "The Sistine Chapel of America" because here you can find great and interesting works that would correspond to the Cusco School of the 17th century, in addition, most of this church is bathed in gold leaf showing a shimmering brilliance and color.

Feel the Inca spirit of Raqchi, an ancient community that keeps its cultural traditions intact. Be part of its history by learning its Andean worldview and its craft and agricultural knowledge, next to the imposing Temple of Wiracocha. Then you will have lunch included and then we will go to Puno.

n Puno you will arrive at the private bus station, our transportation will be waiting for you to take you to your hotel (estimated time of arrival in Puno 5:30 p.m.). Our transport will wait for you to transfer you to your selected hotel.

07:30 a.m. After breakfast at your hotel, have a convenient pickup for transfer to the main port in Puno, relax during a scenic drive parallel to the shimmering Lake Titicaca. Board a motor boat and set sail for the islands of Uros, man-made floating islands made entirely of reeds. Enjoy a warm welcome from the friendly locals, who will show you around their rustic houses while your knowledgeable guide explains the fascinating history of the islands; Originally built as a defense mechanism, the islands were designed with flexible reeds to move easily during attack. Learn about the logistical issues of rotting reed foundations, then return to the ship for the next leg of your journey.

Disembark on the island of Taquile, a place that has prevented the metropolitan development of the modern world; women still wear traditionally woven clothing and handicraft treasures are created using ancient methods. Learn about reversals in gender roles and enjoy a light traditional lunch inspired by regional recipes. After your culturally enriching exploration, return to the ship and venture back to your hotel in Puno.
