Our culinary journey begins with a visit to the Atarazanas market*. Here we will introduce you to a variety of seasonal products: from fresh vegetables and fruits to a variety of meats and seafood. We will select some top quality ingredients needed for cooking class. Our modern kitchen awaits you for a walk in the SOHO Art District. Before you start cooking, enjoy a tasting of three Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Along with the paella, we will also prepare sangria, gazpacho and finally churros.
