Whilst learning how to mix each classic 'like a Lankan', we'll take a brief walk though the rich history of cocktail-making and explore what makes a great cocktail. This experience will focus on showcasing the abundance of Sri Lankan natural produce, and show how you can bring these flavours from your backyard into a world class cocktail bar (or just impress your friends at home).
