The chauffeur-driven car would pick you up (as per the agreed pickup location in Chandigarh) and drive you to Jibhi in Himachal Pradesh. You would enjoy the scenic road trip via Bilaspur, Sundarnagar, Mandi, Aut, Banjar, and Jibhi. The cab allotted would be a comfortable, air-conditioned sedan. The cab details shall be shared two days prior to the start date of the expedition.

The accommodations are cozy and handpicked by us in some of the most scenic locations in Himachal. Jibhi is a beautiful small Himalayan village in the Banjar Valley of Himachal Pradesh. Jibhi is located at an elevation of 5,250 feet above sea level. It is 40 kilometers south-west of Aut (the nearest point from the Chandigarh-Manali Highway).

After a delightful breakfast, your expert driver and guide will drive you to Jalori Pass, where panoramic views await. Jalori Pass is at an altitude of 10,280 feet above sea level on NH 305 and is one of the least explored passes in Himachal. It is truly an undiscovered beauty in every way. You’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the surroundings, experiencing the place like a local, before embarking on a trek to Lake Serolsar. The trek to Lake Serolsar promises to be an unforgettable experience. You’ll traverse the picturesque trails and witness the breathtaking beauty of the lake. The serenity and tranquility of this hidden gem will leave you spellbound.

You will be immersed in stories, local folklore, and mythological tales from your expert local guide to make your trek experience memorable. At Lake Serolsar, you would be mesmerized by the beautiful views of the lake and the revered temple right there. There is a circular path around the lake, which is recommended to visit for a 360-degree view of the lake and the temple at the lake. The lake is guarded by thick, tall pine and deodar trees on all sides. For guests not keen on the trek, you could just walk through the forest paths and experience nature closely, with Himalayan peaks all around. The forest section has a rich birdlife. Chehni Kothi gives a glimpse of the life in a Mountain Village and a 40-45 Meters high Kath- Kuni Style of Pahadi architecture. There will be a 1.5 KM walk/ trek involved to reach Chehni Kothi village top after visiting Shringa Rishi temple. This would take about 30 to 45 minutes to walk up. For travelers not keen to trek could return from the Shringa Rishi Temple & continue to the next drive stop of Tirthan Valley.

Banjar is the primary town & most connected in the entire Jibhi Tirthan Valley. Visit the local shops and learn more about the winter clothes and buy gifts/ souvenirs.
