Eat Your Way Through Naxos Villages

rom village to village, meet people and taste traditional products! the chance Visit the oldest Citron distillery of the Naxos, dating back to 1896, in Halki. There, take to taste the local Citron drink.

Here we will visit a historical building that houses the island's first electric company and its first ever electric oil-press. We will have a sample tasting of extra virgin olive oil followed by exploring the nostalgic alleys of the village.

We will visit its central church, walk by the Venetian Tower of Barozzi and stroll through the picturesque neighborhood of Fasolas, where we will visit a century-old shop of a grocer. After a short break at the local "kafeneion" will taste traditional Greek coffee and then local seasonal mezedes (our Greek tapas).
