All the intermediate stages of bread making will be represented and people who wish to participate will be entertained and involved in all respects. The program has the purpose of pleasant reconstruction of rural traditions and useful training, as well as education to natural and peasant life. The day culminates with the tasting of the “zero kilometer” “sapori alla contadina” banquet; a participation in the typical cuisine with tasty native dishes, set up in an original location, "a Raìsina".
