The Côte de Boeuf Party is a food and wine pairing tasting during which you will have the opportunity to taste our entire range of Collioure and Banyuls wines. These wines, we will serve them to you in food and wine pairings according to the different moments of the meal because yes, there is not only a grilled rib of beef with vine shoots... platter of charcuterie, cheese or sweets are also on the menu!
