Experience the jungle life with our 2D1N Borneo Jungle Adventure. Upon arrival at the Adventure Centre on your first day, you will be briefed by the jungle guide before entering the jungle via a trek through the local villages, hanging bridges and the Kiulu River. Once at Jungle Camp Kalani, this is where the real experience begins. You will be taught basic jungle living skills such as setting up a hammock, using tools like parang, chopping firewood and cooking. At night, you will be treated with stories about jungle taboos and the history of the ancient Sabahan Head Hunters. On the second day you will enjoy a simple breakfast prepared with the help of your guide, and begin your trek back to the Adventure Centre. After freshening up, you will enjoy the Zip Borneo Adventure challenge which consists of zip lining, abseiling, wall climbing and a high ropes agility course, and you will be brought to the river for river tubing.
Jungle guide will orientate you around the Adventure Centre facilities and safety briefing before head into the jungle.
Guide will demonstrate the basic skill needed for comfortable jungle living. Rest awhile then the guide will demonstrate how to create basic equipment you might need or want from the bamboo growing throughout the forest. Evening meal in the jungle, sit around the fire, your guide will tell you about the Sabah Jungle taboos and the ancient Head Hunter history of Sabah.
