Achadas Teixeira- Pico Ruivo -& Pico pedras/Queimadas forest walk

e month of August 2024, this walk is closed most of the way. We thought it would re-open a few weeks past the fires but it seems it will take time (maybe not before september 2025) We are making an alternative that will be as follows: Queimadas - Pico das Pedras - Achadas do Teixeira - Pico Ruivo and back to Achadas do Teixeira. This is a shorter version, however you can enjoy the views from the Pico Ruivo, the highest peak area.
