Departing from Zurich, we’ll make a short stop in Lucerne to pick up additional guests before continuing through Switzerland’s breathtaking landscapes. The journey continues to Grindelwald, a stunning alpine village set at the foot of the famous Eiger North Face. Next, the journey continues to Lauterbrunnen, one of Switzerland’s most enchanting valley villages. Nestled between steep, dramatic cliffs, this picturesque town is famous for its stunning waterfalls—over 70 of them cascade down the mountainsides, creating a magical, fairytale atmosphere. For first-time visitors, Lauterbrunnen is a place that feels like stepping into a postcard: lush green meadows, quaint chalets, and breathtaking views at every turn. Take a moment to breathe in the fresh mountain air, enjoy the peaceful surroundings, and capture unforgettable photos of this truly unique alpine valley.

A walk to Staubbach Falls is one of the most iconic and rewarding strolls in Lauterbrunnen, perfect for visitors of all ages. Starting from the village center, the path leads gently through flower-filled meadows and traditional Swiss chalets, with sheer limestone cliffs rising dramatically on both sides of the valley. As you walk, the sound of rushing water grows louder, guiding you toward the falls. Staubbach Falls plunge nearly 300 meters from an overhanging cliff, making them one of the highest free-falling waterfalls in Europe. A short trail allows visitors to walk behind the waterfall, offering a refreshing and unforgettable perspective from within the rock face. The walk is short, easy, and incredibly scenic, taking around 15–20 minutes one way. Benches along the route invite you to pause, take photos, and simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the Lauterbrunnen Valley.

Interlaken, set between the sparkling lakes of Thun and Brienz and watched over by the legendary peaks of Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau. Explore the town at your own pace, wander through the Höhematte meadow with its incredible mountain views, and don’t miss the amazing sight of paragliders drifting down from the sky – a true Interlaken highlight. Guests wishing to enhance their Interlaken experience can upgrade to Harder Kulm for an additional fee. This option includes a scenic ride on the Harderbahn funicular to Interlaken’s famous viewpoint at 1,322 meters, offering spectacular panoramic views over Lake Thun, Lake Brienz, and the surrounding Alpine peaks. A stroll along Höheweg Street is the perfect way to experience the heart of Interlaken. As you wander, you’ll pass green parks, flower displays, and viewpoints over the Aare River, making it an ideal place to relax, people-watch, and soak in the atmosphere of this charming resort town.
