The evening class is ideal for travelers who want a peaceful countryside experience at sunset. As our school is located just outside Chiang Mai, you’ll enjoy some of the most beautiful views as the sun sets over rice fields and mountains. This session gives you more time to explore the organic farm — collect fresh eggs, visit the mushroom hut, and discover Thai herbs and vegetables straight from the garden. Cooking in a cozy open-air kitchen at sunset creates a warm, memorable atmosphere. With personal guidance and a focus on understanding ingredients and techniques, you’ll leave not only with a delicious meal but also the knowledge to recreate it at home.
After hotel pickup, arrive at our organic farm just in time to enjoy the peaceful sunset atmosphere. Explore the farm, collect eggs from the chickens, and step inside the mushroom hut for a unique farm-to-table experience. In our cozy open-air kitchen, each participant has their own cooking station. Guided by our patient instructors, you’ll prepare 5 authentic Thai dishes, including Thailand’s most beloved dessert, Mango Sticky Rice. Cooking in the warm glow of sunset creates a special atmosphere that makes this session unlike any other. Unlike other sessions, the evening class focuses entirely on the farm and kitchen experience, letting you cook, explore, and relax as the sun sets over the rice fields. After cooking, share your homemade dishes together, then relax on the ride back to your hotel with unforgettable flavors and a perfect end to your day in Chiang Mai.
