Enjoy an experience-of-a-lifetime snowmobiling in the Swedish arctic while searching for the northern lights. You can share the driving with a friend, or upgrade to a single driver option! Drive through winding forests, along the frozen Torne River and across frozen lakes in search of the amazing northern lights. A traditional Lappish dinner and dessert will be served around an open fire in a forest hut and you will be given many opportunities to take photos during the tour. You will be transported by minivan to the forest start point (about 20m drive), where you will receive a safety briefing and an explanation of how to drive the snowmobiles. Head out into the arctic forest for your tour in search of the magical northern lights. You will wind through forests, cross over the frozen lakes, and along the frozen Torne River. There will be plenty of opportunities to swap drivers (if both have driving licences) and to take photos of this natural phenomenon. During the tour your guide will lead you to a forest hut where you will be served a traditional dinner from lapland (reindeer souvas) and local cloudberry dessert. Inside the forest hut, you can warm up around the open fire and sip a hot drink. You will be transferred back to the start point when the tour finishes.
Please meet your guide inside Kiruna Guidetur office to collect warm clothes for the tour 30 minutes before the tour start.
