In the morning, arrive at Cala, a restaurant that offers a privileged view and location by the sea. Here, you participate in a demonstration class for a delicious Tiradito and the famous Pisco Sour. Tiradito is a Peruvian dish similar to ceviche, but it is made with fresh fish sliced thinly and marinated in lemon juice and chili, without onions. The Pisco Sour is an iconic Peruvian cocktail made with pisco, lemon juice, simple syrup, egg whites, and Angostura bitters. After the class, lunch is served on the terrace of Cala, where you can enjoy the spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean while savoring a typical Peruvian dish of your choice.
The "Causa": This dish is made from mashed and seasoned potato, creating two tiers that are filled with chicken, tuna, crab, vegetables, or another ingredient of your choice. - Then learn to prepare our flag drink: pisco sour - a sweet mixture of lemon, egg, sugar and pisco. - Continue with the toast in front of the sea, while you wait for lunch consisting of a traditional Peruvian dish. - Lima is one of the few capitals in the world to have direct access to the sea.
