With only flour, water and eggs we will teach you the secrets to make RAVIOLI, TAGLIATELLE, CAPPELLETTI, GNOCCHI in a lovely place nestled in the picturesque Chianti hills. After the preparation of the pasta, you will finally enjoy its authentic flavor while tasting some excellent Chianti wine paired with the meal. Your dietary needs are not a problem for us: our classes are also vegetarian, vegan, gluten and/or lactose-free upon request and with ingredients that are always local, fresh and in season.
The closest airports to our cooking school are Florence Peretola, and Pisa International Airport. From these locations through the aforementioned routes by bus, train or car you can easily reach our location.
