! ! ! IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING PICK UP/ DROP OFF ! ! !

We ask to read this information very carefully regarding our pick up and drop off service. If not respected, we do not guarantee this service. In case of questions, do not hesitate to contact us please.

#1 Pick-up/ drop off is reserved for travelers without a rental vehicle. If you have transportation, you need to meet us at the base directly.

#2 First come, first served principle: our pick up has limited capacity.

#3 Pick up need to be requested max 48h before activity. A pick up cannot be guaranteed when requested last minute. (see #2)

#4 CRUISESHIPS: When travelling by cruise ship it is obligatory to mention the name of ship and time of arrival. If not specified when making a booking pick up cannot be guaranteed! Requests in less than 24h of activity will not be accepted.

#5 We pick up customers between the ferry dock ( Vaiare) and Te Fare Mihi (north coast). Please specify hotel when booking the reservation.
