Pickup from most major downtown New Orleans hotels. If you hotel is not listed please list in comments area or reach out to us directly on our phone number.

For pickups, there will be a 30 minute window. Please be on the lookout for a bus that says Alert Transportation.

8:00 AM pickup will be sometime between 8:00 AM and about 8:30 AM. 10:20 AM pickup will be sometime between 10:20 AM and about 10:50 AM. 12:30 PM pickup will be sometime between 12:30 PM and about 1:00 PM. 3:00 PM pickup (seasonal) will be sometime between 3:00 PM and about 3:30 PM.
