We offer hotel pickup from most hotels located in the center of Copenhagen. Pickups take place 30–50 minutes before the tour begins. You will receive an email with your exact pickup time at least 24 hours before the tour.

Pickup Information – Grand Day Trip Around Copenhagen

We offer hotel pickup from most centrally located hotels in Copenhagen, 30–50 minutes before the tour starts. You’ll receive an email with your exact pickup time at least 24 hours in advance.

No pickups from hotels outside the city center (e.g., Crowne Plaza, AC Bella Sky) or hotels right next to the starting point, as it’s faster to walk than wait for pickup.

Cruise passengers: If you'd like pickup from a terminal, please share your ship’s name so we can confirm if pickup is possible. No luggage or suitcases allowed on the minibus.

Look for a plain white minibus.

PLEASE NOTE: The tour includes a lot of walking and steep stairs. It is not suitable for guests with walking difficulties or those using strollers, wheelchairs, or scooters, as we cannot carry such equipment.
