Then we’ll start off with the cooking class: I'll teach you how to make empanadas from scratch, both the dough and the filling. While we cook, we'll enjoy a classic picada — an Argentine charcuterie board — to nibble on as we cook . Once the food is ready, we'll sit down together to enjoy the meal we've prepared, paired with a glass of Malbec and good conversation, and finish with a classic Argentine dessert. I'll guide you every step of the way, sharing the techniques, the history behind each dish, and the regional traditions that shape Argentine cooking. You'll spend a relaxed day in the comfort of a local's cozy home in a beautiful residential neighborhood, inside Buenos Aires' first certified Passive House. Most ingredients are organic, beef is grass-fed and eggs are pasture-raised.
