Getting started
Arrive at Choco Story Brussels near the Grand Place and check in about 15 minutes before your scheduled workshop. Put on an apron, meet your chocolatier, and settle into the professional chocolate making space.
What to expect
During the workshop you will pour, decorate, and shape chocolate creations with guidance from a chocolatier. Afterwards walk through museum galleries, watch pralines being prepared, and taste fresh chocolate.
Features:
• Hands on chocolate workshop: Work beside a chocolatier as you melt, pour, and decorate chocolate to create bars, lollipops, and small treats using professional molds and toppings.
• Small group learning: With a maximum of 10 participants, the workshop feels relaxed and personal, giving everyone space around the worktable and time to ask questions.
• Explore the chocolate museum: After the workshop, continue into the museum galleries where displays explain how cocoa beans travel from tropical farms to the famous Belgian chocolate shops.
• Praline making demonstration: Pause to watch a chocolatier prepare traditional Belgian pralines step by step, shaping glossy chocolates before offering samples for visitors to taste.
• Chocolate creations to take home: At the end of the workshop, pack up the chocolates you made yourself and leave with sweet souvenirs you can share later.
• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
