09:00 AM: Arrive at Ngorongoro Crater and descend into the world’s largest unbroken volcanic caldera for a thrilling game drive. 09:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Explore the crater floor, spotting black rhinos, hippos, lions, zebras, and flamingos around Lake Magadi. 01:00 PM: Picnic lunch inside the crater at a safe designated area. 02:00 PM: Begin the return drive to Arusha town. 05:30 PM: Drop-off at your hotel or Arusha Airport (if needed).
Pick-up Location: Complimentary pick-up is provided from your hotel or lodge in Arusha (or nearby areas) on the morning of your safari.
Pick-up Time: Pick-up typically begins between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM, depending on your accommodation location. Exact timing will be confirmed the evening before your departure.
Airport Pick-up Option: If you are arriving at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Arusha Airport (ARK) on the morning of your safari, airport pick-up can be arranged at an additional cost or included in your package (depending on your booking).
Luggage: Due to limited space in the safari vehicle, it is recommended to bring a soft-sided bag or duffel bag. Large suitcases can be stored at the hotel or tour office upon request.
Late Arrivals: If your flight arrives late the night before, we can organize a hotel stay and early morning pick-up for a seamless start to your safari.
